Club meetings are held the Second Sunday of each month at the flying field. The meeting time is adjusted based on the seasons.
For the fall, winter and early spring months, when the days are shorter, meetings are held at 2pm at the club field on Shirley Plantation.This makes it easier to meet and fly while there is plenty of daylight.
Meetings are at 2pm on the 2nd Sunday of the month for:

- November
- December
- January
- February
- March
- April
In the late spring and summer and when the days are longer, we have the club meeting, a cookout after the meeting and still have plenty of daylight and flying time.
Meetings are at 4pm on the 2nd Sunday of the month for:
- May
- June
- July
- August
- September
